Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate your request and receive authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the item in its original box with all designer tags and authenticity cards included to ensure the garment is protected during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the pre-paid shipping label provided via our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
